Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your SÉRA LUXE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@shopseraluxe.com before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health, safety, or other applicable reasons. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered from their original condition may also be ineligible. Sale items and gift cards may be final sale where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the simplest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
I deliberately removed the European Union 14-day section from Shopify’s generic template for now rather than copying language that may not match where you eventually sell. Your store policy can be updated as you expand into other markets.
Also, notice that this version doesn’t publish your home address and doesn’t automatically promise a prepaid return label.
